QR code to customer for Adhaar digital payment

QR code for people who do not have mobiles or not comfortable using mobiles or where there are no cards and swipe machines. Where users do not have mobile or not comfortable in using them or Where cards with POS machines are not available, following methodology can be used.

1)Bank will issue a QR code printed on post card to customer.(This is nothing but bar code in square box with bank IFSC code, customer account number,Aadhar Number and customer photo)and this will be laminated with banks sign &seal.A pass book will also be given.

At the time of transaction, bank site redirects to aadhar web site after balance amount left in the account is greater than transaction amount.QR code should be made such that it should be impossible to forge.Aadhar number in QR code is emphasized for quicker access of data bases.Printing on post card and laminating do not cost much.

2)This card will be taken to vendor (who will be having a smart phone with finger print and bar code sensors,if he does not have these sensors,a small accessory can be purchased and added to existing mobile)

3)He completes transaction by flashing this QR code card in to mobile app developed by banks for this purpose.Instead of password, customer validates transaction by his/her thumb impression on finger print sensor or
Showing fingers in 5 MP camera which can validate the same. While completing the transaction, bank data base captures mobile number,IMEI number of mobile ,CCID,GPS location to avoid disputes.(Vendor has to enable location services at the time of transaction). This information will be erased after 90 days if there is no dispute.Capturing GPS location of transaction can prevent frauds.

4)For Transactions above certain value can be recorded in pass book for illiterates for record purpose(or Bill can be taken)Transaction limits, location restrictions, category restrictions similar to card can be enabled in this card too by adding additional information in bank data base. For e.g if transaction has to be with in 100 km radius of branch, same can be incorporated in bank data base and can cross check with GPS location captured from vendors mobile before completing the transaction.

5)Looks complex but easier to implement with technology available.
